These arrangements are perfect for a wide variety of events, including anniversaries, weddings, birthdays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and any other event that needs a touch of luxury.
HOW Do I CARE FOR YOUR FOREVER FLOWERS
To ensure your flowers last as long as possible, there is very little care involved. Your floral arrangement is very delicate, so always handle it with the utmost care. Do not remove the flowers from the box or vase as this can harm their structural integrity. Caring for your HUG arrangement is simple:
DO:

Keep the arrangement in a room temperature environment.

If dust collects after a few months remove it lightly using a duster.

Keep the lid on the side of the bottom of the box.

Be mindful when carrying the arrangement; it's a very delicate product.
DON'T:

Do not water the florals.

Do not expose the florals to direct sunlight.

Do not place anything into the florals as they can crush and damage the florals.

Do not remove the florals from the box or vase, they are secure and happy there.

Do not allow florals to have direct contact with light-colored fabric or surfaces, as staining may occur.
When cared for properly, your luxury arrangement can last years with minimal effort, no watering, and no maintenance.
Do Forever Flowers Really Last Years?
Our flowers will last years. They outshine regular store-bought flowers that typically last a week and then get thrown away.

Yes. All of our Forever Flowers are 100% real and are grown in various countries around the world.
How Are Forever Flowers Made?
Our forever flowers come from lush, vibrant flower fields and are picked at full bloom. Using a proprietary process, their colors get removed using a non-toxic solution. They are also treated with non-allergenic wax, as well as natural oils. This formula is similar to silica and effectively dehydrates the roses to help preserve them. Once the dehydration process is complete, the flowers soak in dye to give them their bright and vibrant colors.

What is your Return Policy?
Our ultimate goal is to create a product that makes you feel as happy as we did creating it; however, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please get in touch as soon as possible via bre@hugme.live and we will endeavour to rectify the issue. Please attach a photo of the item for reference.
Canada Post Deliveries
For any damage that occurs during transit, please email bre@hugme.live with a photo attached. Due to the delicate nature of dried and preserved flowers and foliage, some shedding is inevitable during transit; however, it should not impact the integrity of the design. In the case of significant damage, a replacement or refund is possible if contacted within 14 days from the date that the order was received.
Local Deliveries
Ideally someone should be home to receive a local delivery order. However, if it is safe to do so and consent has been provided by the recipient, we will leave the item in a safe location at the address provided. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur beyond that point.
